First time eating here. Decent amount of sandwich options to choose from. The sandwich was pretty good. Customer service was OK. Restaurant seemed fairly clean.

Great flavor of sandwiches. You’ll pay more than Subway, but the quality and flavor far exceeds it. They do a great job of customizing sandwiches, and ordering over the app if pretty simple. If you feel like indulging, the shakes are nice and thick. Unfortunately the cookies have artificial ingredients and hydrogenated oil, but otherwise, the quality of their ingredients seem good.

Service was okay.My first time here.I got the tuna salad sandwich and it was the absolute nastiest thing i've ever had. The sandwich taste plain.There was no flavor to the tuna at all.Do not get the tuna sandwich from this place.

This place has terrible service, I ordered from here so many times and they never get my order right they forget part of my orders and never follow order instructions I’m confuse do the people making food even read? Because quite honestly I don’t understand how you can mix up every order. One time is understandable but every time….? I’m just done with this Location or potbelly by any means. Does this sandwich looks like it has extra mayo or any mayo at all??? will I asked for extra mayo last 5 orders I made a order they forgot my Mac & cheese and I had to go make a trip to get food.

I am a long time Potbelly customer. Today, when I ordered my sandwich, it was visibly light on meat and cheese. Before getting any toppings I asked "oh is that all the meat that is normally on that sandwich" the employee said, "oh yeah, we cut back. We put less meat on the bigs now." As prices keep increasing, Potbelly is apparently choosing to give its customers less. My sandwich and a fountain drink was $17 in total, I feel ripped off.
