Great location, easy parking, helpful staff and range masters. If you live close by and like the spot, purchase a membership to obtain a discount on range rentals. The guys are always willing to help. There is one grumpy guy, who is there occasionally when I am at the gun range, but maybe he is having a bad day every time he and I happen to be there on the same days. Nevertheless, cool place, good ventilation, great range space, good technology and friendly people. Two thumbs up! My permit to carry class also happened to be at this location.

I went to the South Metro Public Safety Training Facility to sight-in my new revolver today, and had an absolutely phenomenal time. All of the staff were warm and welcoming, and the facility & environment were first-class. The range officers on duty today had no shortage of compliments for my revolver, and were extremely helpful in getting me sighted in all the way to 25 yards. If you guys are reading this, thank you for providing such a wonderful place to shoot.

The facility is clean & well-maintained, including the dedicated firearm cleaning rooms. The staff is consistently friendly, and the prices for targets and range time are tough to beat. Highly recommended.

Last Saturday my wife and I took our 11 year old daughter to this range to teach her some basics of handgun shooting. Although we had done a bunch of dry runs at home, when we got to the range she didn't have the hand strength to operate the pistols we own. One of the range officers noticed the disappointment on her face and offered that she could shoot his Ruger MK III. After a few rounds we graciously thanked him for the use of his firearm. He responded by telling us that our daughter was free to shoot it until we were finished shooting for the day. I didn't keep track, but I bet she put 50 shots down range, before we were done. Wonderful gun range and great staff! Had a great time . Making this my #1 go-to range since it's close to home. I just wish is open more often to public because more practice is our best friend :-)
