Twas the 1st time visiting this establishment, the atmosphere was pleasant.. I ordered the Avo Turkey sandwich on a wrap. It was very delicious and fresh, I enjoyed that they scooped the avacado out fresh. My fiancé ordered the Cuban. He loved the flavor, all I heard was, "mmmmm" 😆 He did feel the portion of pork was lacking for his sandwich. We shared an oreo milkshake that was too milky so we will pass on shakes from here. Yummy sandwiches, will visit again.

Wasn't sure which sandwich to get, but decided to follow recommendation of the GM Rob and ordered the chicken salad with bacon. DJ made a fantastic sandwich (his advice to add a little bit of the hot peppers was spot on). Best part was the customer service. I'll be back to try the Italian.

Food is excellent as always. But this time, I dropped my full cold-brew shake in the parking lot, without having taken one sip! I asked if hey would give me a new one, knowing they don't have to but hoping they would. The kind woman with short hair and glasses and a red shirt made a whole new shake for me. I was really grateful. Loving Potbelly even more!

Delicious fresh food always good, they never disappoint. I always say I'm going to get something different but never do. A wreck is the best sandwich on the menu. I see why it's their best seller. I had a bite of my fiancé meatball sandwich and that was delicious too. If you haven't been it's a must.

We were on a hunt for a Tuna Sandwich without raw onions. We found it here with options for sides and other sandwiches too. He ordered the Tuna sandwich with potato soup and I had the prime rib sandwich with mac n cheese. I enjoyed all the bites but my biggest take away was the bread the sandwiches were made on. They were crunchy but soft but had a good crust as if it was the outside of sourdough. The prime rib sandwich had fantastic slices of meat and an appropriate amount of dressings. Mac and cheese was rich but smooth and tasty. Staff members gave suggestions and were polite. Shop was clean and got super busy after we ordered.
