Potbelly

The restaurant is clean and large enough for you to feel comfortable enough to dine in. The area/neighborhood is pleasant during the day and can be a bit live, wild, and busy at night. The staff offers great customer service with a smile. They are helpful and friendly. Sandwiches are tasty, they do not skimp on the toppings like other sandwich restaurants. I recommend visiting this potbelly location.

Ordered large fountain Coke Zero and regular fountain Dr. Pepper on app. Turns out the fountain machine was broken but app did not tell us. So we had to have bottled soda instead and they didn’t even have Dr. Pepper and they didn’t refund the large fountain soda upgrade charge. Sandwiches ordered on app took 30 minutes of waiting inside the store. Should have just ordered in store. Half the stools are broken with no foot rests and half the tables are rocky and falling apart too. Clearly the owner does not spend much on keeping the store comfortable nor having enough staff. Also there are no window shades on the super dirty windows. Please don’t reply by asking me to reach out directly to Potbelly about what I already wrote. I want the public to know too.

Came by on Sunday dc 29 to buy an hot Italian sub with hardly any meet when I show it to this black lady jump with and attitude they need a better training and should not have this type of people working for

Good sandwiches, good service. Typical sandwich fair, also soup and salad. Nice decor, booths, high and low tables. Child seats available.

Tasty and fast food. The smoothy was great.
