Had horrible experience. I’m a loyal customer. I was treated in an unprofessional manner. I have severe allergies to tomatoes. The person was not accommodating. She refused to get fresh toppings that wasn’t contaminated with tomatoes. She said this is fine as she put the contaminated toppings on my sandwich. I’ve never had this problem. I’m so disappointed. I don’t have to spend my hard earned money there. Allergies are scary!!
Worst $60 spent. And wasn’t mad about the money until I seen this 🤮 it was mediocre at best and that’s if you haven’t eaten in a couple days, sandwich had no topping and was made like they just threw it together. Nobody cares for their jobs anymore and you can see it in your food. Worst experience ever and I’ve order this sandwich before and was made perfectly at a different location but this was by far the worst and the manager didn’t maker it any better. Very disappointed ☹️
I like the variety of sandwiches For the Mediterranean sandwich I would give it 9out of 10 . For the steakhouse beef 4 out of 10 For the chicken salad sandwich 7 out of 10. Overall the atmosphere and the service were excellent. I recommend and I will definitely come again.
In terms of sandwich shops, I would rate Potbelly up there with Jimmy John's and Jersey Mikes, but better than both. The subs are made fresh with generous portions of meat and cheese. The toppings are always of great quality and they add just the right amount too. I always get The Wreck, but decided to try the mac and cheese this time as well, and was very pleasantly surprised with how good it was. I'd even say it's better than Chick-fil-A's mac and cheese.
★★★★★ Food quality ★★★★★ Service ★★★★★ Ambiance ★★★★☆ Value ★★★★★ Menu selection ★★★★★ Location/Accessibility ★★★★★ Overall experience So today, I was feeling adventurous and decided to try out a new sandwich shop for lunch instead of my usual go-to, Subway. I ordered online and got an Avo Turkey flatbread sandwich with mayo and extra veggies to take out. Let me tell you, the food quality was on point! The sandwich was hot, smelled amazing, and was neatly wrapped in parchment paper. The flatbread had a nice crispy texture and the ingredients tasted super fresh. I particularly enjoyed the avocado, which stood out even though it was a bit cold. The veggie toppings complemented the flavor of the turkey really well and the whole thing was loaded with fresh ingredients. When I arrived at the r
