I ordered a fully loaded Italian. The only thing fully loaded was the price tag and the manager’s attitude. I explained how this is not what I ordered and she told me “I need to order more carefully on the app next time.” She did not offer any remedy or solution to make me a happy customer. The WHOLE surgery center will not be ordering from here again. Ordered on 9/19/25 around 1200. Manager was a lady.

Enjoyed your experience here. The store was understaffed and the manager was gracious about everything. Loved our sandwiches! Lots of hot peppers, which truly makes the chicken cheddar sando pop in my experience. Thoroughly enjoyed them mine, and my brother enjoyed the wreck with everything. Would definitely recommend it!

The sandwich is so good that I’ve decided that gluttony and indulgence should be celebrated. I know in my heart that the feeling of complete peace and satisfaction that I attained would not be one that is criminalized or demonized by any higher power. I have been in the midst of an enlightening and shifting of worldview over the past hour. I want all people to feel the completeness and genuine joy that I felt here. Location is off parkside main st. Cary, NC…Very mean and surly older woman that worked the counter… she’s always working in there when I pick up my order and everytime my order isn’t ready when I get there… I always have to wait 10-15 minutes from my order online. This time it was a middle aged nicer lady with red hair who was taking orders an I’m assuming the older woman was making the food but for some weird reason she put my food on the back burner and started making orders along with the red hair lady mind you this is an online order meaning it should’ve been ready or close to being ready by the time I got there… so I wait for about ten to fifteen minutes patiently until I’m seeing people who just got there having there sandwiches made before mine… So I asked politely twice “Excuse me

Rather strange experience. The music is loud and you can’t hear what they are saying and they don’t hear you and make not what you want. Toppings are utterly confusing. Sandwiches are pretty good though.
