I don’t ever take the time to write a review, but I’m use to great service when I stop by for lunch throughout the week. Today though, when I walked in three kids were talking with one sitting on the counter food is made on. When I was trying to order I had to wait for all of their conversation to be done. Minutes pass and I start to order. By the time it cooked they grabbed it and I had to repeat about 6 times. Just for them to forget half of it and it be wrong. Him looking taken back by what I was getting he looked back at his friends and laughed. With his hands sprawled out looking disgusted. I finally get to check out I say three different times that we got 2 meals. She asked me three times if I want a drink. Was condescending when I said for the third time. We got a meal yes a drink a

All the sandwiches are good. The app is the way to ge since it has the "underground" menu the amazing sandwiches that aren't on the menu. Service is always fast, and the food is always good. Only complaint is the fountain drink machine is down alot. But other than that its a great place to get a sandwich.

Never been to the Potbelly Sandwich shop before, so I went with the wife. The place was very nice and open for dinning inside. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was not crowded. Normally I would have gone to a different place for this type of meal. I was surprised that the place was very open. I had the 'wreck sandwich' on wheat bread. The sandwich was good and they make it per your taste. I wish they offered a cheese bread and a few more condiments. This would make for a better selection on the menu.

The food was very good. I ordered a skinny sandwich and soup combo. The chicken pot pie soup was very hearty. There were lots of veggies in it. Initially there was an ingredient forgotten on my sandwich, but as soon as I mentioned it to the staff, they were happy to fix it for me and even provided compensation for the mistake. If I'm in the area again I would definitely return. The staff was very kind and helpful. I also tried the seasonal eggnog shake and it was delicious!

Kids combos are free over the weekend with an entree purchase, there is a sign promoting this near the register. I didn’t see the promo until after we paid and started eating. Asked why our order didn’t qualify and the lady said we have to bring it up before checkout. Nothing on the promotion says it and should be the responsibility of the customer to fight to earn said promotions. Shouldn’t their employee to charge accurately and know promos? We were unsuccessful in receiving any credit even with receipt. Told to do better next time, which is awful service, flabbergasted really. Even as a rewards member didn’t matter. Lazy.
