Potbelly

We visit this location once a month or so, but today (2/16/26) was a good showing from the staff. TONS of online orders, plus a big line. They all worked hard to keep the wait low and orders accurate. Plus they were nice about it. Good stuff. We'll be back again.

As a business owner myself, I know how incredibly much work it is. I have very high expectations when dining out. I must say I am very satisfied with the customer service received, the cleanliness of the whole place including the restroom, the music, and the level of not being overcrowded when I showed up. 5 star all the way!

Always delicious, and the Staff are so great. It's neat inside, they are quick to serve. I've never had a problem, and I've been going there for years.

Each time I come to Lexington Park I get Potbelly and it never misses. I order the Cubano with the multigrain bread and it’s so good. The fillings are perfectly portioned so each bite you get everything.

Terrible experience from the start. Staff were openly discussing breaks and who would take my order. I ordered a BLTA and it came with barely any lettuce, tomato’s and no avocado. Sloppy, thin sandwich for an overpriced combo with chips. At checkout, I was told I had to add a tip before I could swipe my card. Not returning.
