Wow, so really disappointed with the order I had received tonight. I had been eagerly anticipating trying Pot Belly subs for so long now. For at least 2 years or more. Finally try them tonight & I order The Italian and paid the cost to add bacon (almost $4, more than any other submarine restaurant) and I get my sandwich minus the freaking bacon. Like what? I tried calling the shop and of course no one answers the phone. As far as taste, it was okay, I guess. They're no Cousins subs, that's for certain. I also ordered the Pizza Melt sub & I have to be honest, their meatballs are delicious. I got it with hot peppers though & had instantly regretted it. Too much heat.

This was my first time trying Potbelly, and the sandwich was perfect. I got the BLTA with extra mayo. The bacon won me over, with nice, fresh, thick-cut bacon, not the pre-cooked thin bacon you buy at the store. It was perfect. The bread was toasted to perfection, and the flavor of the sandwich was great. I will be back.

Pre-portioned. Zero culinary class. Judging from the taste, probably prepped the day before. Stingy on the portions. Cubano is a disgrace. When he asked me if I wanted pickles and mustard on it, I should’ve known I was in the wrong place. Hey! That rhymes

First time trying Potbelly, and wow! I had the sweet heat pork bbq sandwich! Toasted perfect just enough on the sub, simply amazing!!! They just earned a new customer! Keep up the great work Brookfield!
