The tables could all use a good cleaning. Customer service was great. Menu items were clear. Price point was a little high. Food was delicious. The atmosphere was giving visiting Grandma and Grandpas! Warm southern old timey vibe. Would love to visit again.

Nice spot if you’re in the mood for a warm yummy sandwich 🥪 . They also offer salads, soups & wraps too! I appreciated the fast and friendly service. Convenient location in Beaverton.

Absolutely filthy. My phone stuck to the table. They need a visit from the health department. They were not busy at all. No excuse can be made or justify. Service was poor, stuff did not know how to make a simple salad plus totally forgot an item.

Cool style and decent food. There are a couple problems though. One, the sign at the front, urging people to come in… looks like this. That has to be 2+ years of dust. If they are this dirty out front, I am scared to think what the hidden food prep area looks like. Gross. Second, the apparent manager (Samoan gal) is just mean. Constantly deriding employees in front of customers, ordering customers around, NEVER smiling or welcoming. This permeates through the employees so all of their employees are just pissy. I can not understand how someone could invest in a franchise and just let it go like this.

This potbelly is supet hit or miss. We used to frequent this one every 2 weeks or so and its such a gamble that we dont go to this location anymore. We generally get the same 2 sandwiches and they are either delicious or a total disaster. I think its a particular employee who just isnt very good because ive noticed everytime we see her working seems to also be when our sandwiches suck... our last order was disgustingly greasy, there was almost no tuna on my sandwich, and it was thrown together so sloppy that when she tossed us the bag toppings started falling out the end. Im leaving them a 3 because sometimes our sandwiches ARE great. But the fact that its a 50/50 is not cool especially when these things are outrageously expensive. We also generally wait a long time for a SANDWICH. I dont
