Potbelly

My salad had grapes in it!! Not grape tomatoes, just regular red grapes. Nothing on the menu even has grapes in it, so I don’t know where they got these. So gross! With the egg and blue cheese and chicken? No thank you! They also forgot my dressing and the ingredients weren’t fresh. The place was kind of a dump with trash on every table so we ate elsewhere, otherwise I would have said something. Go to the Potbelly in Rosslyn instead, it’s way nicer and better quality.

This is an amazing location! very busy and the staff are very friendly. The food is great. We go there mostly for our lunch break and we love the tuna melt in a foot long baguette bread with pepper jack cheese, hot peppers, and onions etc. you’ll love their menu. And the fast service despite the long lines they get all the time. Thank you guys!

Haven't been to this location before, but I always get the powerhouse salad at other PotBelly's. Had to review this time because, where's the lettuce? I've never had such a sad powerhouse salad before. Usually the container is packed tight with greens. Just disappointing for the price.

I love Potbelly, but this location is not great. I had an issue a few months ago ordering delivery from this location through the Potbelly app. My order was cancelled by them after over an hour of waiting, and I never received a refund. I called the restaurant multiple times and also submitted a support ticket via their website, but despite telling me that a refund had been issued, I never saw the money go back to my credit card. More recently, I ordered pickup from this location. I ordered a chicken club sandwich and added avocado, which is a premium topping that costs a couple dollars extra. The actual amount of avocado I received was very disappointing - as can be seen in the image attached to this review, the avocado was barely even visible, and as a result, the flavor of the sandwic

Got a regular turkey avocado sub with a good amount of toppings. Sandwich was good (tased great, decent size, and good amount of meat and toppings). Monique, Trey, the other guy (apologize if I misspelled names) were nice and provided good customer service as well.
