First time eating here and I am absolutely in LOVE. From the decor, to music, and most importantly the food everything was impeccable. I order a cinnamon toast matcha latte, shrimp fries, and my friend had the chicken bowl. The latte definitely lived up to the hype and the shrimp fries were crispy and flavorfilled.
Popped in for a snack on the way to my train. Great vibe, fantastic meat pie, and I loved the apple pie matcha. Next time I'm in Baltimore I'll stop in for a proper meal, the full menu looks great!
Normally I don't write restaurant reviews, but this spot is such a hidden gem I had to give it a spotlight. I got takeout from here yesterday and the chefs are truly blessed in every way. I got the Asun bowl and the meat was the sweetest that I've had since being back home. Perfectly spiced with lots of pepper, and it even had a smoky flavor you only can get when you cook it traditionally. Every other part of the bowl was great too. I also got a matcha latte from here and it was significantly better than most places that sell it. Dunkin and Starbucks can't come close to competing, and even they're usually better than smaller cafes. All in all, this is a great place that way more people need to know about.
From the moment we stepped inside Posi's, we knew we would be in for a treat. The decor was sophisticated and chic, with warm lighting creating a welcoming atmosphere. The attentive service was impeccable. Our server, Ola, was incredibly welcoming and offered a contagious smile from the moment we walked in. But the food itself stole the show. The meat pie was absolutely fantastic, with a buttery, flaky crust and a warm, seasoned beef filling. We also devoured the shawarma, where the perfectly seasoned beef practically melted in the mouth, and the jollof, which had a wonderful smoky flavor that perfectly complemented the umami of the roasted chicken. Ola made sure we were satisfied with all our food and drink, and his enthusiasm for the cuisine was contagious. Posi's is a hidden gem that ne
Ordered the Chicken Shawarma and was very disappointed. The majority of it was filled with hot dogs and not chicken pieces. Have had Chicken Shawarma elsewhere and it was a lot less money and was all chicken. The flavor was good, but for the price and what I received I will not order that again. It was the size of a small burrito for $15. Not sure why it was full of hot dogs and I didn’t have time to go back since I was on lunch break.
