Portillo's Roseville

We ordered a an Italian sausage with mozzarella cheese. We received an Italian sausage with hot peppers. We took the sandwich back and had them remake it. When we sat down we relieved it was a brat with mozzarella that was tossed on it, as you can see in the picture it was not melted. We did not receive the Italian sausage with mozzarella. Ended up tossing food and going elsewhere.

The Italian sandwich taste great along with its fries. The regular sized sandwich is enough to fill up even the big guys like me. If your are looking for something fast and good, this is the place.

I was craving a Chicago dog. Not sure how they cook their dogs but no snap and mushy inside. Lots of good toppings though but with a name brand I was hoping for something better.

First time visit at the recommendation of a friend. Friendly staff that greeted us as we walked in. The restaurant setup gave a downtown Chicago EL vibes. Very cool. The food was good. The staff was fast! The food was ready very quickly. If you are limited on time and need a quick bite for lunch, the staff will get you in and out. As with all my reviews, Service is a key factor for me, this place was tops. I will try the Chicago dogs on my next visit.

Really amazing experience here. The place runs smooth and everyone seemed friendly and on top of things. You can tell there’s a good team atmosphere and people actually care. I especially wanted to mention Cindy. She was just taking out the trash and still stopped to talk with us for a minute. She was upbeat, kind, and just genuinely pleasant. The conversation stood out. Showing that is a restaurant with employees who care. When someone shows that kind of attitude no matter what task they’re doing, it says a lot. I love the way this place is run. We’ll definitely be back.
