Friends gave me significant side-eye for traveling to Chicagoland, hitting up a famous *hot dog* joint and … … ordering a burger. A *rodeo*/bbq burger, at that. 🤣(We’re from Texas (sorry) ) Your loss, friends - that burger was a banger! 😍 13/10 would order again. MY only mistake was not leaving room for chocolate cake/shake. NO RAGERTS!!

The food for my parents came out fine but my items came out horrible. I asked for my salad to have no cheese, but there’s so many pieces within the salad and I couldn’t even sort it out. Not only that I asked for a bacon burger no mayo and they slathered it in mayo. By the time I got back home, i was not going to dive another 30 min to fix my food. It really sucks that I can’t enjoy my meal TWICE. If I could get my money back at least for my portion, that would be appreciated. Also I say twice because I was saving my salad for lunch today.

It is on the pricey side but we'll worth. Sticking with the italian beef and a small cheese fry. Hotdogs are very good. This is just a Portillio's, so they have a small selection of salads and no pasta. Ordering my food, collecting and eating my food was done fairly quickly. The 1950s aesthetic is pretty cool.

Please like and follow me and my review. This is at the same location as Gurnee mall. Usually super busy. And so pls expect 45 min waiting for your order. Huge restaurant. Public washrooms available. Lots of free parking space. You can also eat outdoor on patio. Lots of seats. Food is really awesome. Small drinks are also jumbo size. The liquid sauce was not good as I don't like it but you can try. You need to go and pick up your order from the counter.
