Pork Station

Seriously. Just stop here if you're a carnivore. First time stopping in and will absolutely be back. I had the ribs which were not only delicious, flavorful and tender but the bones pretty much fell off the meat when I looked at it. I'll try the pork shanks next time (maybe, ribs were *damn* good...) but I'll also say prices were decent as well for the valley. Just stop by - you won't be disappointed!

This place is awesome and never fails to give you quality delicious food. I highly recommend the pork shanks and the nachos. The owner is also very friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about the quality of the food.

The Pork Station food truck is setting the new standard. Not only is the food outstanding, tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. But the truck itself is one of the cleanest and most modern I’ve ever seen. You can tell that Issac takes real pride in every detail, from the kitchen setup to the final dish.

Absolutely delicious pork shank! So tender and flavorful. Gypsum is lucky to have this place, I’ll definitely be coming back
