Wow. I lived in Panajachel for a year and this San Pedro bean is what got me hooked on coffee. When I saw this at The Granary I was skeptical, but then again, y'all haven't done any bean wrong. It's absolutely amazing! Time to buy more bags!!! Please, please don't ever stop roasting this.
