7 Brew Coffee

I’m a huge fan of 7Brew. However, I stopped at this location because the one I usually go to in Kilgore was a little too packed this morning and I remembered there was a 7Brew in Tyler by my job. I pull up and get in line. There were only 2 vehicles in line (same lane) the 3rd being mine and 3 associates . Tell me why I’m having to wait to get my order taken. When I finally make eye contact with the associate that made it evident she didn’t want to walk over she lacked any and all enthusiasm while taking my order. She want able to take my card after the order which is fine cause I didn’t wanna leave her a tip anyway, I pulled forward and the next lady was nicer Thank goodness and I did leave her a tip. But I feel if you don’t have the desire to serve customers then find a different job. Ca

Brandon is one of my favorite employees. It’s always great to have him take my drink order. Very attentive and just down to earth. Even during the crazy rainy weather he was still front and center ready to work. Awesome customer service!!!

7 Brew in Tyler, TX is my go-to for amazing coffee! Their drive-thru is super fast, the drinks are top-notch, and staff always greet you with a smile. Yes, they have sugar-free options, seasonal drinks, rewards, and are open early every day! Sometimes there's a long line but it goes fast!

I started coming to this 7brew almost two weeks ago. I had a little anxiety about trying a new coffee shop because I wasn't familiar with their menu and I feel pressured if I don't have a quick response. 😅 However, the young man working that morning was super patient, and actually asked me questions to try and get a feel for what I like, to make sure I got a drink I would enjoy. Everyone else I have encountered has been super friendly! Their coffee is fantastic, and their classic Blondie is my FAVORITE. I haven't tried too many drinks in this short time because of how much I enjoy the Blondie. If you manage this store on the loop, you have a great team!

We came in this morning and the young lady who took our order, I think it was Dilly, was so sweet and helpful! I’m not a frequent customer so she suggested some of her favorite fall drinks. Drinks were great, easy to get through the line, we will definitely be back!
