Pop’s was absolutely amazing. Our server Adrienne was Fantastic. She made us feel so welcome and explained all of our BBQ options. The restaurant is clean, and everyone was so friendly. Great place to get Barbecue, smoked meats. We got the smoked white meat chicken with 2 sides and 1 meal was enough to feed both of us: we ordered 2 but we didn't know the chicken would be so big. Took food home with us. They could cut the chicken in half and charge the same price because it's a lot. Great macaroni, the whole meal was great. No complaints here.

Adrienne took great care of us during our visit. We shared the Pop’s Sampler Plate—brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and chicken—with BBQ baked beans and the Friday Lobster Mac. The portions were huge, the food came out fast, and everything was delicious. The sauces were all great, but the meat didn’t need them! Remember to order the Banana Pudding for dessert. It was amazing. Incredible value, and we even enjoyed leftovers the next night on our trip home. Pop’s Smoke Shed is now a must-stop for us whenever we’re in Big Pine Key.

The BBQ was fantastic, the service was great, and the portions were more that we could eat. We got the sampler which let's you try two sides, and all four meats, and we couldn't finish it. Well worth it, and honestly, the prices were very good for what you get!!!

Pop's Smoke Shed in Big Pine Key is the definition of excellent local BBQ! I stopped in for lunch and was completely blown away by the quality. The ribs and mac and cheese were cooked to absolute perfection—tender, smoky, and incredibly satisfying. What truly elevated the meal was the service. Our server, Erin, was fantastic: so nice, polite, and incredibly helpful. If you're looking for top-notch smoked meat and superb hospitality in the Keys, Pop's Smoke Shed is a must-visit. Five stars!
