Poppi's Waffles + Health Juice

My son and I met my daughter here as halfway point from Triangle to Charlotte for a gluten-free Mother’s Day brunch. It was definitely worth the drive and we will be back. The GF waffles tasted amazing and the toppings and waffle smash was great. The owner and granddaughter were super friendly and made sure we felt at home.

Someone I knew wanted to go here so I met her here. I thought she had never been but she had. They were a little crowded so we sat at the bar and interacted with the owner and her grandmother. The owner is completely delightful. At first I thought the enthusiasm was fake but you realize that she is completely authentic and just a happy-in-life person. My dining partner got the strawberry waffle. I got the breakfast smash with sausage. Mine was great. My dining partner gave me a bite of hers and it was good as well. She also got a smoothie. She loved it. There was a steady stream of people coming in for smoothies. The place is decorated nicely and very clean. Service was amazing!

What an amazing atmosphere and kind owner/staff, we felt very welcomed, not rushed and the food was excellent as well as the thyroid juice. As someone who is not a waffle person, I enjoyed the blueberry lemon waffles and will definitely be back with friends for a pleasant breakfast!

Highly recommend this place , it’s good to have places like this in a small town . Christian based restaurant , the moment you walk in you are greeted with love and welcoming hospitality. The menu does not have a huge selection of things but there smoothies were delicious very natural and you can watch the lady make them for you . The have a small area in the front part for reading or praying as well as the prayer wall. I found the prayer wall the highlight of my experience , but ther egg is definitely space to dine and pricing was decent . Overall there waffles very delicious and pretty big .

Wonderful staff and yummy food! Highly recommended! My fav was the all berries smoothie/juice! 😋
