Poppie's Taco & Latin Grille

This place is soooo good! The first time I went I went back the next day! The nachos are AMAZING I’m pretty sure they cooked them fresh because I’ve never had tortilla chips that fresh and delicious. The empanadas were perfectly crispy and delicious. I’m leaving this review because I’m trying to decide what to order next. The only thing I would change is training for the young man at the cash register. He is a kid so I don’t expect him to get it 100% correct but I think some training on customer service (greeting customers, speaking loudly, substitution of items) would help. I highly recommend this place!

The owners are genuinely great people and have ambitious goals for expanding the menu. The chicken and shrimp quesadilla was packed with flavor and very filling. I really enjoyed the chicken empanada and birria tacos. Each were well seasoned and cooked to perfection. They just got a pizza oven so I'm excited to see what type of pizzas they start offering. Highly recommend this spot for great food and great service!

Kiauna was a so much fun explaining the menu. The store is open and under renovation. They have o ly 2 tables inside and 2 picnic tables outside. Authentic food. I waited for my food people coming and going, lots of laughter and repeated customers. I had carnival fries and plantain

My food was ok (I got two steak and one shrimp taco, the steak was better than the shrimp) but the surf and turf my bf got made him sick so watch out because they seem to not properly care for their food. The churros were ok.

Hello Hunny Bees!!! 🌻🐝👑💕 It's your girl Hunny again giving a review of another local small business. After a long day of meetings I Googled a nearby restaurant to take my team to. Abby's came up first. We headed off immediately. It was a little confusing finding them but once there, the staff is warm and Friendly. We ordered a little of everything. I had a shrimp taco, Bissia Taco and a Dominican plate. All of it was delicious 😋 the place is not located in the ideal of spots, they also do not have a public restroom, and not a lot of in store dining. The food and the service was amazing.
