First time coming here. Customer service on point. I had an employee help me with an issue about my order her name was janalise She helped me with an order and helped me with no hesitation. I’m visiting from Colorado definitely would recommend this place. 10/10 customer service.

I made an online order through DoorDash and had the worst possible experience you could think of. If it wasn’t for Jerelin i probably would have had no order. She may a pressured situation easy and understanding. She deserves so many praised and i cant thank her enough for the service she provided. Thank you Jerelin.- Mary

I had a great experience at Popeyes thanks to Jerelin and Jahlexi! Their customer service was amazing — they were friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to see employees who really care about making customers feel welcome, but they definitely went above and beyond. Give them their flowers — they deserve it! 👏🍗

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I’ve ordered from here 5th st highway, Reading, PA, many times before and have never had an issue. However, today (12/12/2025) I placed an order through DoorDash and my order arrived missing two orders of boneless wings. I called the store to report the issue, and a young woman answered. After I explained what was missing, I heard a boy in the background say, “I’m going to spit on it.” Immediately after that, the employee hung up on me. I called back calmly and explained that I heard what was said and that it was extremely unprofessional. I asked for the boy’s name, and she told me she couldn’t give it to me because he was “underage.” I then asked why an underage employee would be working there, and she continued to argue back and forth

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to Marielys at Popeyes—she’s hands down the best worker there. Her energy is unmatched, her service is fast and friendly, and she treats every customer like they matter. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it makes the whole experience better. If you stop by, hope you get Marielys—she’s the reason I’ll keep coming back!
