Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I really like this Popeyes usually. It’s really close to my business and they normally knock it out of the park. I’ve always eaten here during the work week and this was Saturday. Different manager maybe? Some of their specials are only available through the app so I decided to try it. I ordered (and paid for) 3 jalepeno peppers but only got 1. I also ordered 2 wings and 1 thigh. I got 2 thighs and 1 drumstick. No wings. I didn’t check things because they’ve always been spot on. This won’t deter me from going back but it’ll be during the work week. Their weekend crew needs to get better. Edit: About a month later This location still knocks it out of the park as far as service and food goes but I have one small complaint. All these fast food restaurants (not just Popeyes) ask if you will

I ordered 18 chicken wings, but they only gave me 12 chicken wings. Did I confirm with the staff that everything I ordered was here when I took the meal? He said yes. It's all here.

I have been to this store 3 times over the last 6 months or so, and I have determined that I am not just catching them on a bad day (that, or they have a lot of bad days). This is no knock on the staff. They are friendly and quick, I have never had service issues here (other than a dirty dining room, but they are at least quick and friendly). The low rating is for the chicken. It is terrible. Barely any meat on the thighs, but about an inch of breading. If you want really bad fried chicken, go here. I enjoy the red beans and rice and mac and cheese. The biscuits are okay. The chicken sandwich is an absolute winner. But, the fried chicken... The service here is awful. Came to pick up an Uber eats order and no one gives you the time of day. Staff barely acknowledged me and barely speaks English. I waited over 30 min for two 3 piece chicken strip meals. The two young kids and woman moved slow and couldn't give less of a crap. I never post bad reviews, but this one got to me. If I was the manager or franchisee at this location I don't know how I could sleep at night with this type of staff and service.

Went to the drive thru and waited for about 10 minutes at 9 o’clock at night with no one else there customer wise. First off seen a roach in the drive thru window. I couldn’t get the picture of it cause after I seen it it went away and didn’t come back out. My mashed potatoes literally have no gravy as you see. This place is ran by nothing but lazy kids who hate there job.
