Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My husband went through the drive thru and placed an order and had an extensive wait which is fine if the food is good. He brought the food home to discover it was not even our order. He took the food back up there and they had our portion the warmer and my husband brought it home and it was supposed to be breast and wing and all we got was thigh and legs. They still did not get the order right. I don’t eat there very much in fact I have only eaten there 2 other times and had issues with food not being right. It’s so sad when you can’t get good food even at 1 visit!! The fries were cold and the biscuits were so hard it was ridiculous!!! I don’t think I will try it again!!!!

I placed an online order so my food would be ready upon arrival. I arrived approximately 10 minutes later and was informed that the order was not ready and that I needed to pull forward, which I did without issue. I waited for 30 minutes while approximately 12 other vehicles were serviced, but my order was never brought out. I then went inside to politely inquire about the status of my order and was told they were “waiting on my fries.” I waited an additional 15 minutes, but the fries were still not ready, so I requested to receive the order without them. When I finally received my food, the two-piece meal contained only one piece, the wings had no sauce, and the cheese balls were severely overcooked to the point the cheese had burst and burned into one large mass. The wait time is ridiculously long for a full staff. Other patrons ahead of me had been waiting for 25 minutes before I even ordered. They were out of the popcorn shrimp so I settled for the mac and cheese and fries. Being a pescatarian options were already limited. Waited 20 plus minutes just to be told they were out of the mac and cheese. I was patient with the wait but to get my name called just to be told they order could not be fulfilled is unacceptable. The owner needs to restructure this location starting with the manager Derek Brown who had no customer service skills at all. His staff is a reflection of him very unprofessional. I can see closure of this location in the future if the owner does not intervene soon. -Nurse Brey

I sat in drive thru 10 minutes before I was ever acknowledged, all the while listening to the employees sound like they were having a party inside. Then when I finally get to the window only to have my food practically thrown at me by some young man. Never again!!!

I live in Starkville I had visited Popeyes in West Point since I was there I decided to stop at Popeyes I got two 5 piece chicken tender meals, the chicken was not cooked all the way through like I couldn’t even bite it! I got two apple pies and they were both burned I spent $25! I won’t be stopping there no more!!
