Fast and friendly service in the drive through today. They were patient with me as I decided what I wanted. Menu board switching between regular and large sized pricing threw me for loop at first but once I realized what was happening, I appreciated it. Food was delicious and hot. The large fries were definitely LARGE, Oh my! Sandwich was good. Thanks for the great service. Would highly recommend.

Their regular Food is excellent here and staff is excellent But their boneless wings suckkkkk so dont buy those it was just mini tenders with powder on them i was expecting buffalo sauce instead of powder like the picture so yea im never buying those again they tasted gross the powder was disgusting! one thing that does taste good is spicy boneless tenders with fries and red beans and rice! also for my foodies try the spicy tenders dipped with blackened ranch pack mixed with 1 hot sauce it will make your meal 10 times tasier 1 blackened ranch mixed with 1 hot sauce via french fry 🤣to dip your tenders try it out!

If I could give your store a zero I would, I paid over $50 for a family meal all I asked for was ketchup, hot sauce, and Mardi gra sauce but I didn't get that. I caught a lyft from Bixby and all Jessica the manager could offer was for me to come all the way back and pick up the sauce that I should've had in the first place, what poor customer service I didn't want anything back just an acknowledgement and an apology. Popeyes train your employees to empathize and be better when serving the public, with me it's not about the price. It's more about the principle. Thanks

The food is always fresh and delicious, the only thing I dislike is I am always told to pull up and away from the window even if there isnt anyone behind me. I understand it takes extra time to cook the blackened Chicken and if cars are behind me it would makes sense to move, but when no one is behind me I don't understand. When they have me pull forward they always forget my sauce. So then I have to go into the store which defeats the purpose of a drive thru. But with all that being said, the food is always hot and fresh. Delicious, I go almost everytime I am in Tulsa.

Chicken was nice and crunchy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside! I would think some seasoning in the classic would make it fantastic. I went through the drive through and they forgot to put a folk in the bag to eat the cold slaw with. I didn't realize it until I had left their area of business.
