Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Was there before they opened. I’ve been here years ago and the food was top tier. Not sure if it’s the chicken product itself but my tenders were not done. Even the replacement tenders weren’t and they were hot out the grease. Pretty sure they were redropped which is fine long as they were done. Didn’t answer the phone and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience when I returned. Handed me the box and said not a word. Will not be returning at all. Maybe change the company yall getting yall tenders from.

On a road trip and stopped at this location for some chicken and shrimp as well as their Mac and cheese. Although it showed on the menu board, they stated they were out of shrimp because they are out of season. Also, they were out of Mac and cheese. The lady that helped us was really nice and offered other options. More than likely, I won't come back to this restaurant. Just disappointed that they did not have what I wanted.

This was the horrible horrible horrible experience. I was headed home to Arkansas when got hungry and stopped at Popeyes. When we pulled up they didn't answer on the drive thru speaker then when I order my chicken strips meal and spicy chicken sandwich meal, pay at the window and after was told to pull up. (Not a time or why im even being told to pull up) i do and after 20 mins they come out with my food and I open it and the chicken sandwich meal was fresh my my strips where cold and stale. The mash potatoes were hot. They didn't even say sorry for the wait. Just handed the food and walked off. I was down the road and was hours away from home so I couldn't bring it back. But ill never make that my stop again. Do better, its not that hard. SMH

This is the best Popeye's ever!!! The red beans and rice is the bomb! The best I've ever tasted, even on Bourbon Street. The chicken was cooked to perfection. When I travel I usually stay away from chains, but I wouldn't have gotten better food anywhere. I will definitely be back

Took 20 mins in the drive thru just to order then when we get the order we are missing a biscuit, the one biscuit we did get wasn't cooked all the way, food had no flavor and the strawberry pie was flavorless also. It's a shame Alabama has better popeyes.
