I had some extra crispy chicken. It wasn't me, but not as good as I remember.

Great Customer Service food was hot and fresh. There were two vehicles ahead of me, but my wait time was less than five minutes altogether and this was a Friday afternoon.

This has got to be the slowest food place I've ever seen. I ordered on the app both times and still runs me late getting back to work because every time I got told to pull around front and they will bring it out! When it's already 10mins past my pick up time it showed..

Very nice location but our drinks were watered down and the drive thru worker kept asking, "Anything else?" After every order. The Nashville tenders were literally put into the container and drizzles with sauce. And the fries were missing from the combo. And had the dining room been open like every other location we would have been able to get these things fixed but we were unwilling to wait in the line behind TEN CARS AGAIN!

There was no other customers when we arrived but there was a 4 minute wait for some of the chicken we wanted. We pulled around and waited for over 10 minutes, then when we walked back to the window to ask about our order, we were told it just came up. When we got home we were missing our 2 large sides. We tried to call the store but got no answer from multiple attempts.
