Food was as expected, good. The issue we had was the mess at our table as we asked them for plates or two boxes to use them to serve our food, as we purchased a family meal. We needed to improvise with what we had available, braking one of the boxes to use as plates. First time ever I feel we were eating like homeless. It wasn’t a good experience at all. It’s a management problem, there was one nice employee who took two small boxes for us to use, and the manager told them not to give it to us. The employee felt embarrassed as she was just trying to satisfy us as clients. That employee deserves a better job. For the record, It was at 1 PM on February 14th 2026. So I work down the street and come quite a few times a week but decided to dine in with my husband and son. There was no ice in the soda machine, toilet tissue on the side to utilize, the cashier acted like we were bothering her to place an order. Said I could get one dark and one white with two pieces for six dollar box with two sides. That is not what the sign on the building said. She walked away without giving me my receipt so had to ask another staff for it. Again I felt me and my money were so appreciated

I did not not receive all of the items that I ordered. The shrimp were like crumbs because they were old and dried up. I paid $8.99 for a half a cup of shrimp. I called the store to speak with a manager but did not receive an answer. They should just close. We work too hard for our money to be served garbage.

From the moment we walked in and were greeted, the manager and the staff were constantly working together, providing prompt service. The food came out in a very timely manner and was very fresh and hot. Chickened seasoned to perfection! Not our first, nor will it be our last visit here….A-1
