Kaleigh was personable and patient. She helped me decide what to get and offered different options. I’ve been to multiple other places like this, but this one has the most to offer beyond just smoothies. They have little packets to take and make your own teas at home, protein cupcakes and protein balls made in-house by Kaleigh. I ordered a protein cupcake, which was delicious! The texture is consistent with that of a cake made with protein powder ha. It was pretty sweet as well. The butterfinger smoothies was good and filling. It was also well-blended. Will be back!

Service is great! Everyone is sweet and helpful! I’ve been there multiple times and have always felt welcome. It’s very clean and homey. Every tea and shake I’ve tried have been amazing and always filled to the brim! I can’t wait to try more and maybe even their waffles!!

I got a collagen tea from here, it was good and I saw visible results in the same day. It's a really cute place, and when I went it was early, and the service was quick. The other people I came with all liked what they got as well.

I typically go to Summerville nutrition and realize this place was closer to me home. They were super nice and the shake was delicious. The building was adorable and it was quick. I also showed up a few minutes before opening and it was no big deal.
