Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I am new to this area and this is my second time eating Popeyes. I ate the one on south campbell and it wasn’t fresh food. I tried it again at this one on north side of town. It was great! From the worker who name is Decara I think. Greeted me with a smile. Very polite young lady. Great food also, be blessed

I went to Popeyes the other night through the drive-thru and ordered a 5-piece spicy strip meal and an 8-piece classic meal. After paying, I was told to pull into a parking spot and wait about 10 minutes. After 40+ minutes, I went inside to check because I thought maybe they forgot about me. I was told it was still cooking. About 15 minutes later, they finally brought my food out, repeated the order as they handed it to me, and I headed home. I live 45 minutes away in Bolivar, so I didn’t check the bag until I got home. When my wife opened it, the chicken strip meal was missing. I tried calling the store, but it went to voicemail. Went inside and ordered our food. One large one medium. Get the drinks and we're told then that they were out of large after being charged for it. Got two meals only one was right. Also missing food from the order. Called the store and got a busy signal for 30 minutes. Thanks for taking our money and again messing up the order and not putting all the food in the bag. I'm not driving back in the rain because again you messed up our order. Thanks

We absolutely love coming to this location. We never have a bad experience when we come here. Food is always delicious and service is always amazing. We really enjoy going when Sasha and Justice are there. They are a couple of the hardest and sweetest workers I have met in this store so I know for a fact if we see them our order is going to be 100% accurate and we are going to receive great service :)

Was pushed up and waited for 2 cars before I decided it was too long to wait for chicken and rice. So I went in and they didn’t even remember. Manager stepped in and said give him a refund. So she didn’t even know about the order just I guess didn’t like me because I am Hispanic. I just said really twice and lost my meal by a racist manager. I was clearly in the right to be upset and all I really said was really after hearing that I was getting no food and a refund. Bad customer service. Not wondering anymore why they don’t get business there.
