Walked in at 410 to the whole dinning room dirty waited 5 mins to see an employee to ask her if she could wash the tables due to them being all dirt so me and my child can sit to eat she then turns around and checks the tables to see if their were any cleaned as if I was lying then she made me wait 8 mins before she went and washed ONE TABLE ONE. Out of the 6 that were dirty then leaves the rest of the all dirty then goes out back makes me wait another 10 mins literally 10 more mine before she ask how she can help me as I’m standing at the register this whole time waiting I see a girl in the back drinking her personal drink while packing chicken for a drive thru order another family comes in behind me about 15 mins. Later and had to wash their own table not a single thank you was givin

Chicken is always fresh and delicious. I'm a huge fan of the dipping sauce sweet heat. Their sides are small and not really good. French Fries are good. If you want to eat inside, go threw the drive - thru and bring your food inside. They are really slow inside at the counter. Apple pie is also good if you have room.

We ordered on the app to avoid having to wait too long. Tried to go inside to pick it up, but the inside was closed. Waited behind three cars in the drive thru, just to be told that they needed another 7 minutes to prepare our food. We ended up waiting an additional 37 minutes from the time the app said the food would be ready. They had one runner taking food outside. The person taking orders on the intercom was rude. The food was decent but nothing was the same temperature. It was as if one or two meals had been done 30 minutes prior and just sat there and lost the heat. Fries were soggy. Will not ever return to this location.

We waited in line for over 20 minutes at the counter and only witnessed 2 orders served in that entire time. There were 7 patrons in front of us, all waiting to place an order, and 5 or 6 more waiting to pick up. There were 5 visible employees, all diligently packing orders to serve the drive-thru. Not once did anyone turn around to take an order, or even give us a little "be right with you" or any kind of acknowledgement. This was at 2pm on a Saturday, past what I would consider to be peak lunchtime. We left hungry and will never return. This is absolutely no way to run a business. If you're going to have a dining room, then you should make an effort to serve the customers who got off their behinds and walked inside. Update: Your canned reply is more insulting than the experience itself.

What one would expect for fast food. Sometimes great, sometimes the chicken is rubber. Mac and cheese is always perfect. I recommend to check for your sauces because they never add them in the bag.
