Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This Popeyes is located inside a travel stop. It's clean and comfortable to enjoy your food or take a break from driving. The only issue I had with Popeyes was that my food was cold and dry. The three piece chicken was dry and tasted like it been sitting out all day. I was in a rush so I didn't bother to make an issue about it.

Service was outstanding. She remembered everything I asked for and made sure it was all my It was on my tray , And was pleasant and did it with a smile and was very helpful food was not as good? It was OK it was warm just not as good as usual but not bad.

It's a turnpike service station location, so prices are astronomical, service amazingly slow, place is not clean and employees do not care. I did get to finally try their vaunted chicken sandwich which I liked. The spicy version needs to have some spice but the crunch was good.

Ordered the Classic Chicken sandwich Regular combo ($13.99) with a coleslaw side and lemonade. Lemonade and coleslaw were too sweet, too much sügar. Popeye’s chicken sandwich was delicious. It’s crispy, but it’s not dried out. And the seasoning, it’s so flavorful. Cashier G. S. was polite & professional & the food arrived fast. Unsure which restaurant kiosk’s responsibility is to refill cup lids at the self-serve soda fountain, but the smaller lid holder was empty. I opened the lower cabinet below to restock them myself.

I was driving down the highway and decided to stop at this service plaza because I needed to get gas. I was running low on fuel both for the automobile and my belly. I got some chicken and fries and ate it so fast I forgot to take a picture first. Popeyes is Famous Louisiana Chicken. loVe THat CHICKEN 🍗🐔 Everyone should check it out. You can just go for yourself!
