I just had the best customer service experience that I’ve had in a very long time!! When we pulled up at the drive thru & we’re greeting by this sweet genuine voice. Her name is Callie, not sure if I’m spelling that correctly lol. She was so kind & helped us place our order so that we would get the best deal for our money. Then we get to the window & are greeted with a big, beautiful smile & the same kind voice. I told her that I had been having a bad day & she actually made me smile. Amazing kind people like her do make a difference in my book.

Absolutely horrible location... The people are disgusting. The location is sketchy at best. And the orders are wrong 90% of the time , if they even HAVE your order. Highly suspect they do things like claiming they never received an order just I literally watched them bag just so they can take home your food to feed their 9 kids... Guess the receipt showing my order doesn't mean a thing huh?

To start with the young man who was helping with front counter on Christmas Eve was great and my food was great. On the other hand the lady who took my order who I’m guessing was the manager by the way she was talking to the other employees was extremely rude she was cussing not directly at me but was cussing and rushing through my order acting like I was burdening her by coming in to order my food it made me feel like me being there was a problem and like she did not want to service me I understand everybody has bad days but being rude to customers and too your staff in front of customers is unprofessional and I have escalated this to corporate because if you can’t handle working in a environment where you have to have good customer service you should not be working there at all. For the first time EVER we received great service in the drive through line! And we’ve been more than 4 times in the past couple months. Usually they’re out of something, are rude, mess the order up, and take forever. Super quick so nice and all food and sauces were in the bag thanks for the change fr we’ll be back soon.

The crew friendly and polite. If your order isn't right the manager makes sure it's right. And she's very friendly and professional. I give them 5 stars. Food is always fresh when I visit.
