Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food was delicious. food taste like any other Popeyes we went to , 12:40pm Lunchtime. Food was fresh and hot. chicken was juicy cooked and Crispy perfectly. We ordered Chicken wings. clean bathroom , Yes, the bathroom was clean /Clean bathroom-clean food. The whole place was clean to me when I went.❤️ I will provide a review in 2 years. But so far thank you to the cook. Keep up the hard work you guys.

I just realized about this Popeye location and put my order using the app and the order was served right on time and fresh. The atmosphere is peaceful and clean. People need to slow down making unnecessary bad reviews.

We love Popeyes chicken. Didn’t know about this location. Sunday I ordered via Popeyes app. I ordered a 10piece WHITE including 2 sides large of red beans and rice & mashed potatoes and gravy,5biscuits. Also ordered 2 Frozen Strawberry Lemonades( Delicious!!), 2 apple cinnamon pies.Hotsauce & Honey & a small Cajun fries They sent our meal via DoorDash. The driver & I checked the bag. The Fries were missing verified on receipt. No hotsauce or honey that I ordered. When I went inside to open the chicken it was MIXED not WHITE as orders & on the receipt. We do not like dark chicken. The cinnamon apple pies tasted like strawberry instead of apple. I called DoorDash about my order but he told me to call the store for a refund & gave me the number. I spoke to the assistant manager ( I won’t ment

Quick and easy. I placed order through the app and it wasn’t long before it was ready. The app is user friendly whether you have an account or not. It was a smooth transaction paying with ApplePay.

Terrible customer service/communication. Placed my order thru the app waited 30 min food still wasn't ready. They "forgot" to mention they were out of the shrimp and blackened ranch i paid for, and left out ketchup, hot sauce, utensils. Also had to go back to get my red beans & rice they forgot and recieved a bowl of white rice with literally 3 beans on the bottom 🙄 Fried chicken was crispy juicy and hot tho 😋 but I'd rather drive to chester location after the experience I had. I will probably try them again in hopes they improve.
