Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Where to start? It's February 21 and there's still Christmas music playing in the lobby. That's minor. One of the sandwiches was barely warm, the other took 20 minutes to get to my table. Meanwhile., the drive thru is moving right along like the priority it must be. Our spicy chicken was definitely NOT spicy. Also, the person dressing the sandwiches put pickles on, then turned around and grabbed the handle of some kind of door... I guess either they don't care about spreading germs, or they simply don't understand. I won't be back.

I managed Gas Stations for 30 years so I understand frustration of a manager, but the door was locked and it was 10 o’clock so I went around to the other side and walked in and ignored me. Just looked at me. Manager finally comes out it says they’re not open I said, but it’s 10 o’clock. She said I know, but I don’t know where my cashier is. It was very frustrating. I had waited for 15 minutes for them to open and then to us be treated like that. I really wanted some chicken today. i’m an Uber driver and I would’ve bought a big bucket so I could’ve had something to eat on all night long

Advertising the Big Box for $6. Team member at drive told me Popeyes doesn’t sell the big box. The sign out front still clearly reads “The Big Box is back. Apparently that’s BS and some lazy AH just hasn’t changed the big sign out by Jackson, Ave. I drove several miles to be told very rudely that they don’t sell it any longer but the sign out front says they do. sucks,…..

Popeyes in Oxford, Mississippi, is fantastic! The Cajun Sparkle seasoning adds an amazing kick to the already delicious chicken—it’s a must-try. The service was impressively fast, making it perfect for a quick and satisfying meal. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a great dining experience. Overall, this Popeyes location exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!

Ordering was awkward, everything was over breaded. Fried pickles tasted like fried dough. Everything the folks did to provide service was an inconvenience.
