Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This Popeyes is terrible. Ordered food today and half of it was overcooked and hardly seasoned at all. I ordered the ghost pepper dry rub. As you can see hardly any is in rhe bix at all and barely any onnthe chicken. I ordered a meal if 6 with their signature sauce and 6 dry rub. The signature was passable but still not much sauce. But those werent overcooked. My coke was completely flat as well. Tried calling 5 times. Nobody ever answered. The manager is barely over 18 if that. I went there and they can't do anything in store. You have to use the app. It was a $19 order. They refinded me barely $5. That is ridiculous. Never eat here.

FREEZING Cold Food & Incompetent Staff – The Worst Popeyes Experience Ever Management, you better be reading this !!! First off, the temperature inside the dining room was just as cold as it was outside. It was absolutely freezing. We ordered two Ghost Pepper combos, and they were stone cold. The food seemed like it had been sitting out for a long time, and the heat lamp clearly wasn't working. The fries were no different. I am fairly certain the food temperature did not meet local health department requirements for safe serving. Either the management here is completely incompetent, or the staff—who were just staring at their smartphones the whole time—just didn't give a damn. $10 for 1- piece tender kids meal is insane. Had to pay extra to get fries as a side (instead of applesauce) and extra to upgrade to a small soft drink vs the apple juice. And no toy. What's the point. And the food is mediocre at best.

Terrible, they got my order completely wrong. I ordered 1 diet coke, 1 sweet tea, and a strawberry fanta. I got 3 large cokes, no explanation. I was missing my 6 count of biscuits and my wings were all boneless rather than the bone-in I ordered. No response when calling on the phone. Never come here if you value your money.

The Owensboro KY location is the worst Popeyes in the nation. The quality of the food, service, and cleanliness of the restaurant is so bad I would give it a 0 score if possible. The staff is extremely rude and will just shove anything into the bag to get you out the door. Save yourself the headache and avoid the hassle of dealing with employees who don’t care about the jobs nor customers
