-Amazing & professional staff. Though, often understaffed during peak rush times of the day. -Little over 6 month ago I had my first Popeyes meal and was stunned at the consistency here. You just don’t normally get this from fast food restaurants! A+ -Food packaging is absolute genius! It’s the little things here that make a HUGE difference for customers. Even the packaging of fries were all neatly separated in its own bag keeping them fresh and crispy. Portions are always consistent no matter what I order. I also do deliveries using the DoorDash platform for fun. Never had a single customer complaint! Restaurant is always neat and tidy from what I have seen. Even the bathroom was super clean and tidy. I visited the Oneida Popeyes location for lunch on 12/17/25. I was with a young man who is on the spectrum who sometimes “stims” by jumping and yelling. I let the front counter know so if he did, they would not be startled. Everyone who was working was so kind and understanding. They even asked if they should turn down the music ( I let them know that was not necessary but appreciated the offer) It’s not always easy to find a place to dine in where the staff is so accommodating. The food was fresh and worth the money. I’ve worked with the IDD community for 20+ years and it’s crazy how unwelcoming some establishments are. Not here! Thank you to the staff for not just providing good food but for being so inclusive and making us feel welcome! Great job and we will be back!

It was the most disgusting food I have ever tasted! I was told to pull around after ordering so that my food was fresh and the chicken tenders were made fresh. After sitting in the parking lot for 18 minutes, I went and asked if my food was done. The manager was standing outside smoking and then decided to go and get my food after stating, "This is why I never leave these people on break." I then got my food 6 minutes after that and watched the manager walk out of the store and leave the building. When I called to complain about the raw chicken, burnt Mac and Cheese, and cold mashed potatoes. I asked to speak to a manager. I wanted to write a review and honestly I wanted to start off with one star because I ordered the chicken sandwich regular not spicy with no pickles. The girl came outside to hand it to me. Asked me if I got the classic with no pickles. I said yes. I drive off look at my sandwich. It's a spicy chicken sandwich with pickles on it for the amount of money they charge for a chicken sandwich. So I understand what it takes to run a business so I would not give you guys a one star because the food actually was good .You would think it would be right but I guess I get it. Other than that the food was very delicious. Just try to get the orders right please

First time ever eating at a Popeyes. Was a bit pricey. But the quality and customer service definitely was above my expectations. I had a chicken and bacon 🥓 sandwich meal. With Cajun Fries and a Dr. Pepper. It was very big and could tell it was freshly cooked. It is huge for a chef to receive top notch food. I am one and don't like to cook some days. Thank you for the good meal and I give them a great review in return.
