Howard T. Chapman Pool

My daughter had my granddaughters 5th birthday there .. there were life guards there who were exellant and watchful with the children . There is also a covered shelter with a roof and tables . Great place for a birthday party. Steve stafford

My family and I love swimming here. I find it to be a safe environment for my kids to splash and play and get some energy out. We are also doing swimming lessons here, and my kids are improving greatly thanks to the team teaching them.

My family loves going to this pool. There's a 3ft section, a 5ft section and a 13ft section with 2 diving boards. They are open M-F 12-5pm then 5-7 there's swimming lessons then they have open swim from 7-8pm. Sat & Sun they're open 12-4. There's also a little playground, basketball court, tennis court and a few ball fields.

Grew up swimming here as a child, participating in swimming lessons, swim team and a lifeguarding course. 20 years later and I am bringing my kids for their swimming lessons. There are separate areas of different depths, something for everyone. I love being at this outdoor pool, I feel like a kid again. There is no longer swim team here, as there is an indoor pool nearby to practice year round. Some kids practice their swear words at the pool, but it just adds to the experience. As with any pool, don't forget your water shoes to protect your feet in the bathrooms/shower area. Goggles help to see better under water.

We were there for a football game. The pool was closed but looked awesome. That's all that park has though. Big football field with very little seating. No room to park either. I didn't even see a playground. But the cheese fries were good!
