I don't know how they don't have 5 stars. They are the best popeyes hands down. My food is always good and fresh. The service is good. Tasha and her team did their big one today. Thanks. I made a mistake with my order, Tasha listened and corrected it. I felt heard and appreciated. Thanks Popeyes OB

I placed a number 2 meal and a 3 piece tender meal for both order i ask and paid for small fry and only got one ! Also On the sandwich the it supposed to come with cheese and bacon but it did not have it on there.. but im paying for it . With the only fry i had they taste old.Tried calling the store and it was no answer. Get it together this had been the third time this happen why have it on the screen if y'all are not gonna put cheese and bacon on it !!!

Popeye's is my favorite fast food chicken. If you are going to this location expecting pleasant customer service or cleanliness inside, you'll be better off going through the drive-thru. If you walk in, the pure rudeness of the staff will make you turn around. Paper towels on the floor, soda machines filthy and full trash cans in the kitchen next to the pies. I went on two different occasions and only went inside because the outside line was wrapped around the building. I was picking up food for someone else both times. They said the food was delicious as always but I refused to ever eat it after what I saw.

Despite the implication of being a fast food establishment, my experience was far from it, with a wait time of almost 45 minutes for my order. Upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the chicken was not to my liking, with the batter and crust falling apart, suggesting that it had been removed from the grease too soon. The restaurant was chaotic and extremely busy, and it appeared that they were understaffed and relying on a manager who lacked experience or training in managing inventory and ensuring timely order fulfillment. During my wait, I noticed multiple customers returning their orders for correction. While I understand that mistakes can happen during busy periods, it is essential that this establishment addresses these issues promptly, as they have consistently been

just close this store. ordered from the app and was patient in the drive thru for 30mins picked up my order and they don't have sweet tea, shrimp and missing an entire 3pc order. and guess what? I'm initiating my own refund for those items. Just go somewhere else.
