Yea, this location is not hitting. I love Crumbl, and I've never had a bad experience at the Memphis location, but this one in O.B. is a hard pass. They didn't put my order in the right box, I had a feeling it was downhill from there. It was missing toppings like another reviewer said and because it was boxed wrong and they were crammed in there, it was sloppy and sticking together, which ruined all of them. The flavor wasn't even the same without the missing toppings. I'll still go to the Memphis one, but never this one again. Seems they have a habit of getting it wrong.

BEST COOKIES EVER!!!!! I love this place, my favs are Pink Sugar Cookie, Oreo Cookie, then the Celebration Cookie(in that order) I can't wait for them to do the Cotton Candy Cookie 100/100

I just had the worst experience ever at Crumbl olive branch. The cookies were not iced or have toppings and when I asked to fix it the girl got mad . They looked terrible. To pay this much for cookies they should look good. Even the box looked disgusting

Ehhhhh. I have very mixed feelings about these cookies. I like the taste of them, and the size. What I don’t like is that the edges of the cookies are so hard but the middle is the perfect texture you’re looking for. I wasn’t able to eat the edges of the cookies due to the hardness, and with them being so pricey, I want to eat all that I paid for. Besides that, they are good quality cookies. The store was clean, I liked the self service option. The orders were ready in a timely manner even with the rush. I would buy again.

Ordered cookies for my daughter's birthday. Get there and they're not made, said it'Il be an hour. That's why we ordered them 24 hours ago. Canceled the order because it's useless to us at this point and they're holding the $70 from the order for another 24 hours. Very unprotessional. Would not recommend. Will not be giving them our business anymore and will be warning friends and family.
