Came in tonight and enjoyed my experience tonight. Service is way I mean way better then it has been, your new manager he said his name was Ray great personalit, amazing customer service, did not mind waiting 5 extra min for fresh fries. I hope this happens more often
Everything that could be wrong with my order was. Missing sides. Completely wrong main on one. Had me pull up to wait just to not get my order right. And an unsweetened tea?! The guy in the window was very polite but I wont be back.
This place should just be called “IforgetYourFood” cause that’s all they do!!! 👎👎👎 I CAN NEVER leave this damn restaurant without missing something, how does that happen?!?! Also, why are the chicken sandwiches so damn hard? Popeyes chicken sandwiches are SUPPOSED to be soft, juicy, crunchy, but this Popeyes somehow makes them taste like a hockey puck, EVERY TIME. Popeyes is supposed to be one of the best restaurants on this strip but everytime I have it I just leave severely disappointed. Do better!!!! Does management even care about this place??? Not returning until they truly turn things around. 💔 RESPONSE TO THE MANAGER: how is you sharing this with the team actually going to improve the business??? We want to know how you will make this better, we don’t want false promises.
Wow,for $17.98 on DoorDash and this is what I received. And I had to wait 23minutes for the food AT THE RESTAURANT!!!!!! Popeyes is no good in Norwich,CT
