Hate chix breast. Hate it. That's it. I hate it more when its what I find on my to go order once at home with no choice to return it or even complaint. Disgusting hard and dry breast. How hard is to read the ticket that clearly shows WNG, LEG, THIGH. Why we place the order on a huge tablet? FOR NOTHING.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. This was supposed to be my birthday dinner, and instead it turned out to be the worst one I’ve had. My girlfriend originally wanted to take me to Mama Sushi for a nice celebration, but after leaving the spa I decided I wanted Popeyes since I hadn’t had it in a while, and we could share it with her mom at home. I placed my order online for pickup. When I arrived, the cashier didn’t realize I had ordered 2 drinks—I had to remind him. While he got them, I checked my bag and saw I only had 1 small coleslaw instead of the large I ordered, and 3 small mashed potatoes instead of 1 large (which is NOT the same). When I got home and opened the chicken, it was old, possibly recooked, burnt, and completely dried out. I have pictures of everythi

Very slow service. No greeting. I ordered fries that were not full and boneless wings with barely drops of sauce. Would not consider this at least on a weekend during dinner. It was obvious who was the leader with the designated gray shirt. He had no communication with staff. The staff seemed ahead of him.

Spicy chicken sandwich, sweet and spicy chicken wings were delicious. Service is awesome. Order was ready within 10 mins. Dine in is available but less number of tables, so may be hard to get tables during peak hours. Free parking available but depends on the time it may be free or hard to find parking.

Today Alex was great. As soon as I came into the store and walk to the counter she had a great smile and took my order with positive attitude. I am really satisfied with the service.
