Tenderness, smokiness, the rub’s flavor, different types of wood depending on the meat, 6 HOMEMADE custom sauces = CHECK. Long line = Check. Get there early (2:00 PM) to ensure you get some food before they run out and save time because these guys take their time to really give each guest their attention. Brisket: 110% awesome! Bomb food (I loved the pulled pork sandwich) and family run! We were able to try Tio Rozay’s at the NJ Beer Co tasting room off Tonelle Ave. If you have the opportunity to try this food, don’t miss out!

We had Hery and crew cater an event for us this past weekend and to say that everything was AMAZING would be an understatement. Firstly, the food was the best BBQ I've ever had, by far! This man has won awards for his brisket and pulled pork and I can see why. This is not mass market BBQ, this food is made with love and care. We had brisket, pulled pork, wings, turkey breast, cornbread, Mac and cheese, and Rice. All fantastic. Second, the service was amazing. Hery helped set everything up, sliced up the brisket fresh, and made sure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely be using him for future events and I can say with complete confidence you should as well!

I can't stop thinking about that amazing brisket. All the food was delicious, but that was outstanding. The event I was at was catered and we got there late, but the service was excellent, letting me and my husband know what everything was and details about it (such as the spice levels of the wings). We all ate VERY well yesterday.
