This meal marked my last at this location. Had a few poor experiences before with wait times for blackened chicken, but this one took the cake. Over 20 minutes for "fast" food. Placed my order on the app. After arriving, I was directed from the drive-through to pull into a parking space. Sat there for probably 10 minutes before I eventually got out and walked in. Stood around for another 10 minutes or so before finally walking out the door 23 minutes after I placed my order. Zero urgency or acknowledgement of the wait time from the staff. Upgraded my drink to a large and got an extra tender, I suppose. Save your time, money, and sanity. Ignore the 5-star reviews that are clearly bot-farmed or just review Popeye's locations to balance out the ridiculous amount of 1-star experiences like

This is the 2nd time I tried this location and was disappointed both times. My food was cold and seemed to have been sitting around for awhile. The chicken was dry and I ordered a 5 piece tender meal and got 4 tenders and 1 not fully cooked wing. I am sooooo very disappointed in the quality of food at this location.

Really friendly staff. I felt like I was at a top notch sit down restaurant. The chicken was impeccable. Super good. Buns=super yummy. I love Popeyes
