Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Popeyes is my husband and I favorite fastfood. Living in the midwest, we haven't lived in the same city as a Popeyes for over 10 years. However, we will plan road trips around where we can find Popeyes and we do a fair amount of traveling so we have been to Popeyes all of the USA - from Seattle, WA to Boston, MA. This location in Minot is the best we have ever been to. The restaurant is clean, the employees are very courteous and respectful. This location also has the BEST Popeyes biscuits we have had in a very long time. The are fresh and fall apart buttery Biscuits. They are very soft and fluffy in the middle. The Popeyes in Minot is an incredible, amazing restaurant! We’re traveling through from Texas, and I’m telling you, this is the place! The chicken is very savory - awesome flavor, as well as their strawberry lemonade! Excellent, very polite service, wonderful background music, and an overall wonderful place to eat! You will not be disappointed. Just off the freeway across the main road from Dennys.

Ordered a meal for my fiancee and she absolutely loved it, which says a LOT since she's incredibly picky.. while she sat in the parking lot (we ordered from the drive-thru) I took our daughter in to use the bathroom and the lobby was very tidy and well set up, bathrooms were pretty dark but they were clean. Next time I think I'll order food from there as well!

This is so SAD. The chicken from Popeyes looks like they were sitting there from this morning. They were so dry out. My order was missing items, and the manager as No Customer service skills. I told him what happened, and his response was, "Did they fix it?" I said yes after I asked them for it. Then I don't know why every time I go to this location I'm disappointed. This never happens when I get it in Fargo, ND

I’m a bit disappointed to say that this Popeyes is actually better than the ones in Louisiana and Mississippi. I’ve had the chance to try Popeyes there, and the service here is the best I’ve ever experienced, along with the food being top-notch! This tastes even better than any Popeyes I’ve had in the South!
