Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I gave 1 star for service but if I could split my rating I would. The kid at the drive thru window would have gotten a 5, but the manager would be no star/rating at all. Food order was wrong and was cold. There is a nice size sign as you pull up to the drive-thru about their $5 specials. We wanted the 3-piece chicken & the 2 chicken wraps (you get 2 wraps for $5 my husband just said "wrap" not "wraps") so we did only get 1 wrap. We probably should have told them it's off the "special" menu but I guess they don't take the liberty to clarify your order so they charged us regular price. She seemed annoyed to have to come to the window but she said we should have clarified th

The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean. With that being said my whole order was cold. I ordered 2 spicy wraps with no pickles. I got 2 mild wraps with pickles. In separate transaction I ordered to strawberry cheese cake pies. I only got 1. I don't think anyone pays attention to what they are doing.

Did an online order 35 minutes before showing up. I get to the Popeyes and no other customers are there. I get to the window and am asked to wait a minute and then I ask for my mobile order. The employee tells me that they ran out of spicy chicken and is asking me if I want regular because they would have to cook more spicy. I say okay that’s fine give me regular chicken and then he tells me to pull up and wait. I then sit for another 10 minutes for regular chicken now before getting my ONLINE order. How does this even happen?

We ordered online, and when we went to pick up our order, they made us wait for over an hour. It's worth noting that the place was empty; some employees were eating at the table and were giving us strange looks. We will never go back to that place; the service was terrible, and I don't recommend it.

This is THE WORST Popeyes I've ever been to. STAY AWAY. I live nearby and have been giving them "second chances" for years now because when the food is fresh, it's pretty good. My order is wrong 80% of the time, I often have to wait 20+ minutes for my food, one time I even got two chicken sandwiches that had bone in chicken thighs instead of chicken breast and when I bit into my sandwich I almost choked on a chicken bone! HOW HARD IS IT TO COOK AND SERVE CHICKEN? The franchisee should be ashamed of their restaurant and the food they serve in Millsboro, DE.
