⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I tried Popeyes’ new BBQ wings and they were delicious. Great flavor! The customer service was just as good. Cassandra, the manager, is always so friendly and caring, which makes the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION AND DO NOT USE THE APP. I placed an order on the app and made it to the store 20 mins later. I came through drive thru and told the lady I had a mobile order on the speaker she couldn’t find my order and they was laughing in the background. So I came inside and they still couldn’t find my order. I waited and waited still nothing. They refuse to make my order said they could not make the order cause it’s not showing in the system even though I showed them it was purchased at their location. They offered no help and didn’t care and the manager on duty was there and did not help. I left and tried to contact support through the app is useless did not work. I called corporate the next day couldn’t speak to nobody it referred me to the app. Lost $20 no refund HORRIBLE

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Waited over 20 minutes for popcorn shrimp at Popeyes North Hills! Was pulled up to area “1” to wait on FRESH shrimp that I never got! Team member came out as if to take a break and asked was I told to wait/what was I waiting for? Team member then replied “POPCORN” as if they had an epiphany, went back inside, and I still received no food! I paid $11.54 for a frozen strawberry lemonade. Received no food! Called to speak to manager on duty, no answer phone just rings. HORRIBLE SERVICE! TEAM MEMBERS ARE RUDE! Do not go u less you want to waste time or money!!

L'Pares was was server & cashier. She has great customer service skills and it made my visits to this Popeyes stress free. Thank You ! L'Pares

If I could give no stars, I would this location is absolute crap workers Could give a crap Sat outside for 30 minutes just for them to get my order completely wrong and try to tell me I'm lying never been so disgusted
