SAVE YOUR TIME AMD MONEY Had to wait over 30mins for them to cook the chicken. (Already paid before they told us they had no food ready) Literally no chicken cooked and ready during rush hours!! Staff are friendly but extremely lazy! We watched over a dozen vehicles drive off and go to KFC OUR LAST CHANCE HAS BEEN GIVEN FOR THIS LOCATION

You can tell they dont want to work where they do. Rude employees in the drive thru, and the worst part is I believe one of them was even a manager. Ordered white meat chicken and didn't tell us that they were out of it UNTIL we already pulled up to the window to get the food. Didn't even offer a refund. I believe the manager was the one putting the chicken in the bag and we could literally see her through the window with an attitude and rude look on her face because she was waiting on us to try to figure out what we wanted instead..as if we were the inconvenience for them not having the white meat chicken. 🙄 Not welcoming, and extremely rude service.

Check your food before you leave the store… this was my “14 piece” chicken strip family meal.

Wow, went to the drive through tonight got in line at 6:30 PM. I was in it for 30 minutes. I ordered a 3-piece meal with sweet tea and mashed potatoes. Got to the window and paid. They had lost track of what I had been given, which was nothing. Got the sweet tea. The biscuits were burned and I would have to wait another 4 minutes or get an extra piece of chicken. So, I'm thinking, for next time, KFC is just 3 buildings down. I'll see if they cook chicken faster in Kentucky as opposed to Louisiana.

I was not given a good greeting. The food was just okay. My chicken sandwich tasted old. They didnt give me my fries. I ordered two three piece tenders and they were somehow not the same. Honestly, it's fast food experiences like this that I eagerly await and welcome these jobs being replaced by robots.
