Excellent, quality food. Has a few rotating soup options throughout the week. Everything we had (french dip, chicken bacon ranch, broccoli cheddar, potato soup, mac n cheese, and bread) tasted fresh. Potato soup was the favorite at our table. Sandwiches were both great too. Mac n cheese had a very good organic flavor. They emphasize fresh and even local ingredients. I'll be trying the noodles on my next visit. Drinks were all from a small cooler; adequate selection (water, soda, tea, flavored water drinks). Server was very friendly. Even watched her help a random older customer exit after he picked up his order. Only about 5 tables (half high, half low 4-tops). May not have a restroom???? Easily a Top 5 spot in the area for soup and a sandwich for its quality and price point. Definitel

I dined here for the first time tonight with my friend and I LOVED the food. The sandwich I got was so fresh and delicious. The staff were very friendly too. I will definitely be back.

Cute little eatery. They had no issues customizing the ramen to avoid certain ingredients for me due to some food sensitivities. We delicious and large portions. Husband said his ramen was delicious and hit the spot!

The Taiwanese Sweet Beef Ramen was amazing. Rich broth, tender beef, and fresh, perfectly cooked ingredients. I've lived in parts of Asia over the years and haven't often found soup this good in East Tennessee. You have to give it a try! 😊

Absolutely loved this new local gem! They offer a variety of soups, and I tried the Taiwanese Sweet Beef Ramen—flavorful, comforting, and honestly fabulous. We also couldn’t resist the cheesecake, and it was just as delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for something warm and tasty!
