Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered a 3 piece chicken meal with 2 sides. I was told they were out of mac & cheese and mashed potatoes at 5pm, How does this happen? Poor planning or no one taking responsibility to make more.

They have the best Mac n Cheese. But for $3.75 (reg. Size) could it at least be somewhat fresh. The top layer of cheese/leather has been sitting there for awhile now as u can see...

They gave me wrong food I went up there to have it fixed and when asked for it to be fixed she’s was very rude about it and went i got my food back it still wasn’t right and I called up there to report the very rude employee and the manager was understanding but I’m still not happy this is a horrible location don’t come here if you want good costumer service or good food😡🤯

Last night was my last and final time wasting money at Popeyes in Madison. Ordered my food, only car there and they still couldn't get it right. My fries were cold and hard to the point that I couldn't even eat them. The mac and cheese was clumpy and cold. The drinks tasted chemically, it was 6pm, peak dinner time. Now I know why there were no other cars. Plenty of employees inside sitting around but COLD OLD FOOD? Its quicker to just throw the money out ur window then be served inedible food. If you wouldnt eat it, dont serve it.

The chicken is always burnt, it's either they used the wrong flour per Manager or the grease. Well fix the problem, why keep serving people burnt dried out chicken! I live in Lee and get all the way for dinner and the chicken is no good! I haven't been in a while and now I see why.
