Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Mobile order pickup. Went to drive thru. Chicken is cooking. It will be ready in 7 minutes please pull around to the front doors. Wait 10 minutes! Get out of the car to get my order. They were just then packing it up. So much for fast food. The real problem is I like their offerings. Especially the Cajun gravy on the mashed potatoes!

Ordered 5 tenders and 4 shrimp using the app. I pulled up to the window and waited 5 minutes and they told me to pull around front it's not ready, they will bring it out to me. Total wait time was 15 minutes. That's the bad news, good news was they were friendly and the tenders and shrimp were hot and fresh. If I had waited 15 minutes and the food was cold and dry that would have been disappointing. Not many fast-food joints are "Fast" these days so I'll accept the wait if the food is quality. The location looks old and dirty on the outside, didn't go inside so I can't comment.

We haven't dined at Popeyes in many years. This restaurant was clean, even at the lunch hour. Food was hot and delicious, the fries were not real crispy but the overall experience was good.

I'd avoid this location and go to the one in Maple Shade instead. The size of the chicken here is really pathetic, and I don't have a huge appetite. However my husband and I were shocked when we opened up the bag. You literally get pieces half the size of those at any other location. I've had bar buffalo wings with more meat than some of these pieces.

Depends on who's working? You either get service and get what you want.Or they don't understand and you get someone else's meal. A fast food is not here.They make you wait every time
